Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN  CONDITIONS

  • You have right to return the item within 30 days after the product delivery
  • Item is in good shape, unused, unworn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package. Please note that it must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
  • Free gifts must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and returned at once
  • Free gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • No matter what the situation is,the original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Note: the below conditions are not quality issues:
  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues
  • Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues
  • Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns
  • Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
  • Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

 

EXCHANGE  CONDITIONS AND FEES

Exchanges can be processed for the same item in a different size. None of the exchange fees will be charged but shipping fee should be paid by customers.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  • Submit a return request by email: Service@eixity.com. to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for return and photographs for verification.
  • Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 30 days from receiving the return form.
  • When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
  • Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). 
  • In situation of exchange, your like item will be sent within 2-5 calendar days once confirmed. An extra charge will be generated if there is a price difference.

 

SHIPPING CHARGE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

30 day no reason refund and return(For customer's reason and custom items are not applicable)

✓ If customer exchanges items due to customer's reason such as dislike or doesn't want it anymore, customer will pay for shipping charge for the return and the new exchanged items

eixity shipped wrong design/size/style to customer (Item not fit description)

✓eixity will pay for shipping charge of the return and the exchange, please contact us before return.

The quality problems(For defective products)

✓eixity will pay for shipping charge of the new item if it is with quality issue, please provide pictures or video to prove, it will be easier to process it.

 

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will offer you the return address.

Do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without contacting us firstly.

Additional Note:
If you have not received your refund within 30 days of shipping out your returned product, please contact us as soon as possible.
