Shipping policy

  • Free shipping on all orders amount or over $59 in all countries as below shown
  • $5.99 for orders under $59 within standard shipping.
  • If your shipping address is P.O Box or APO/FPO address, we can ship your item by Post Office. But it takes longer time to reach you about 7-10 business days.




The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipping and processing time are counted based on calendar days, which means that are counted from Monday to Sunday. The shipping time is depend on the shipping service selected by customer. Order cut off time will be 06:00 PM Hong Kong Standard Time. 



If you wanna modify or cancel your order, please contact eixity Customer Service Team within 24 hours after placing order. An extra charge will be generated if there is a price difference. Any requests for modification or cancellation over 24 hours cannot be acceptable.



If you find your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us as soon as possible. But if you cannot sign the parcel via face-to-face, please contact us for the further solutions.



We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price.  If the customs duties are imposed in the recipient's country or region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.

Note: Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive and we are working diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Regarding the shipping status, 95% of orders are shipping normally.
